Public Partnership School

From inception, the Meeting Street Elementary @Burns model has been a partnership between Meeting Street Schools (MSS) and Charleston County School District (CCSD). At every point in the development of the school design, both entities have been actively engaged in the process. Likewise, at every point in the execution of the school plan, both entities will work diligently to provide the services these students both require and deserve. 

Our partnership is designed to maximize our collective impact by dedicating financial, intellectual and human capital to create and maintain a high-performing public school. MSS will act as the Lead Education and Administrative Partner (LEAP) in collaboration with CCSD. Together, we will dramatically expand educational opportunities and student outcomes in Charleston.
