Teaching Talent

Teachers at Meeting Street @Burns are held to the highest standards of excellence. The recruiting process for instructional staff is rigorous and competitive, allowing us to be extremely selective in our search for effective, highly trained, and passionate instructors.    

Our Innovative Teaching Fellows program may supply classrooms with one teacher and one teaching fellow. Two teachers per classroom provide more structure, allowing for distributed duties and leadership between teachers.  

In order to maintain an environment of professional development, we perform frequent coaching and evaluations of both teacher performance and satisfaction. Professional Learning Communities and teacher workdays further encourage our cohesive group of like-minded instructors and equip them to meet the needs of our students.
